Payment Methods
We have a number of payment methods available from you to
choose from. See below for information on each and if you
have any further questions please contact our
accounts department.
- Credit Card
We currently
accept Visa, Matercard, Switch, Solo and American Express (GBP
only). Once your order has been confirmed you'll be asked to
provide your credit card information on our secure payment
page. All orders placed with a credit card are processed in
real-time and, once your order has been confirmed, an email will be
sent to you as confirmation of your purchase. Where possible
the items you have ordered will be delivered to you immediately
upon completion of your order. If there will be any delay in
processing your order we will send you a notification by
email.
We recommend you pay by credit card as this allows us to process
your order immediately without delay.
To enter or update your credit card details please login
to the members' area of our site with
your WHA account. Once logged in, click on 'Update Card Details'
under the Billing section.
- PayPal
Payments made with
PayPal are also processed in real-time. When choosing this
payment method you will be forwarded to an external website to
submit your payment with your PayPal account. Once your
payment has been accepted you will be returned to our site and your
order will be processed immediately. You will receive an
email as confirmation of your purchase. Where possible the
items you have ordered will be delivered to you immediately upon
completion of your order. If there will be any delay in
processing your order we will send you a notification by
email.
- Bank/Wire Transfer
If you
choose to pay using this method you will be provided with the
information you need to send your payment to use via a bank/wire
transfer. We will also send you an email with the details
when you confirm your order. Your order will be processed
once we receive your cleared funds and we will send you an email as
confirmation of your purchase. Please note that it can take
up to 7-10 day for your payment to reach our bank. When
