Support FAQ

Here are answers to some of the more frequent questions we get about our support options.  If you can't find the answer you're looking for If you can't find the answer you're looking for please just let us know.
 
“How much will support cost me?”
We have 2 paid support options available costing $29 or $49 per month.  We also have quarterly and yearly options available to save you money by paying up front.
 
You can also choose to go for our free support option which will cost you nothing.
 
“What’s the difference between the different support options?”
We have 3 options available.  Free support is available to all Helm customers at no charge and covers access to our support forum, knowledge base, downloads and documentation.
 
Standard support adds the ability for you to raise support tickets, via your customer area, to our support team.  They’ll respond using our support ticket system and you’ll receive a reply by email.
 
Premium support includes both ticket support and phone support.  You’ll be able to ring us during our usual office hours and talk to a technician directly about your problem.
 
“Can I cancel my monthly support contract at any time?”
Yes.  You simply need to let us know that you wish to cancel your support agreement and we’ll ensure you’re not charged in future months.
